Payment Terms & Late Fee Policy
1. Payment Obligations
By making a purchase or engaging in a transaction on our website, you agree to the payment terms outlined herein. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified in an agreed installment plan.
2. No Credit Check Pay-in-3 Option
We offer a Pay-in-3 instalment plan for eligible purchases. This option allows you to split your payment into three equal installments. The first installment is due at the time of purchase, with the remaining payments due at the agreed intervals. No credit check is required to use this service.
3. Late Payments & Fees
Failure to make payments on time will result in a late payment fee of £25 per overdue invoice. This late fee applies to:
- Any unpaid invoices past the due date.
- Any missed or delayed Pay-in-3 instalment payments.
If a payment remains unpaid beyond the due date, we reserve the right to suspend any future services, and take necessary steps to recover outstanding amounts, including legal action or engagement with debt recovery agencies where necessary and you will be liable for all legal fees.
4. Contact & Disputes
If you believe a charge or fee has been applied in error, please contact us immediately at adam@carkeysyorkshire.co.uk to resolve the issue. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the charge being issued.
